At the center of the sleeping area, under the vaulted ceiling, is the beautiful bed "I dreamed of you" by designer Katrine Ahrens, dressed in lilac sheets by Signoria Firenze. The cozy Autoritratto Room can be booked for single use or for a couple. The old working room, with stone walls, overlooks a small private terrace ideal for enjoying the sun of Sicily. Located in the part of the estate that once housed farmers and their families, the traditional ceramic vases and decorated tiles that decorate the room are a subtle tribute to the domestic roots of the space. In addition to these evocative objects, contemporary furniture by designers such as Katrine Ahrens gives life to this intimate room.

The Mal Giocondo room is an intimate getaway in what was once the domestic wing of the estate, where farmers and their families lived and worked. Ideal for solo travelers, the room has a comfortable French bed and antique and contemporary furniture by designers like Katrine Ahrens. The room has an adjacent terrace overlooking the ancient architecture of the Corte Padronale and overlooking the green fields.

Located in what was once the manor house of the farm, where the Zocco family resided, landowner - the room still retains a strong link with the past, while maintaining a contemporary atmosphere thanks to modern design elements such as lil precious double bed by designer Paola Navone and the lighting by artist Antonino Sciortino. The colors of the room, in an airy palette of turquoise, green and deep blue, recall the green foliage of the Sicilian landscape and the pristine waters of the sea surrounding the island.

Clandestini is located in what was once the defensive tower of the house, equipped with two large windows that allow you to enjoy the view of the entire estate, on one side a balcony overlooking the avenue of carob trees and the salt water pool of the house, on the other the window overlooking the main court on the surrounding and green Val di Noto. The 25 sqm room is furnished with a skilful mix of antique and contemporary furniture, including a double bed with linens signed Signoria Firenze, the balance of the furniture allows the majestic view to be the center of attention.

The Punto e Virgola room is located in the part of the Abode that once housed the farmers who worked the land and their families and where many of the daily work activities took place. The charming and spacious Punto e Virgola room overlooks the ancient architecture of the central courtyard of the Dimora and enjoys an outdoor terrace kissed by the sun. The structure’s original stone walls and tiles with motifs inspired by traditional Sicilian ceramics are contrasted by design and contemporary furnishings, such as the wooden wardrobe by designer Katrine Ahrens, the luxurious bed linen of Signoria Firenze and the daybed of Atmosphere d'Ailleurs, which can comfortably accommodate a third guest.

Located in the wing of the Dimora that once housed the farmers and their families who worked the land for the noble Zocco family, the Coro Spezzato room is furnished in a relaxing palette of forest green and slate grey, The spacious room has a double bed with sumptuous Signoria Florence linens, traditional ceramic vases and wild plants that recall the Sicilian landscape. An armchair designed by Paola Navone can be transformed into a single bed, allowing the suite of 30 sqm to accommodate up to three people.

The L'Annunciata Junior Suite is one of the most lavish rooms on the estate. Located in the old manor house of the noble Zocco family, the large room of 40 square meters still retains traces of the original ornaments of the house. Dominated by a red vaulted ceiling painted in an intense red hue, an ornate crystal chandelier and a monumental custom-made headboard by designer Draga Obradovich, all this completes and contrasts with the forest green and cream-colored sheets of Signoria Firenze. One of the most impressive features of the room is its luxurious "salle de bain", complete with a modern bathtub placed in the center of the room like a sculpture.

The Poesie room, 35 sqm, is located in a privileged position overlooking the Main Court and has a small terrace perfect for enjoying the sun of Sicily. Poems, is located in the part of the Abode that once housed the laborers and their families. In addition to their bedrooms, many of the daily activities, such as laundry, tool repair, and food storage, took place here. The design of the room, characterized by a lively mix of art, crafts and Sicilian antiques and contemporary furniture of excellent workmanship, is a fascinating meeting three old and new. The suite of 45 sqm can accommodate up to four people: three on the ground floor, with a double bed and a dormeuse, and a fourth on the second level, with a comfortable French bed. The Proibito Suite is located in the original main wing of the estate, where once lived the noble Baron delle Balze. The room of 33 m² whitewashed, enjoys double-height ceilings, a cozy loft with a comfortable dormeuse can accommodate a third guest and a balcony overlooking the green garden. The refined palette of Proibito, between deep blue and aged gray tones, recalls the crystal clear waters of Sicily and is expressed in the Signoria Firenze sapphire bed sheets, in the bathroom tiles inspired by traditional Sicilian ceramics and in the modern touches of the collage headboard by designer Draga Obradovich, the wooden wardrobe by Katrine Ahrens and the minimal lights on the bedside table. Traces of the ancient use as a family residence of Baron delle Balze can be seen in the rough stone walls and wooden doors of the past.
